Zo is nu mogelijk dat een of meerdere afspeellijsten onderdeel worden van een hoofdafspeellijst en is het voor programmeurs mogelijk geworden om Pocket Tunes compleet af te sluiten via de beschikbare API. Een ander opmerkelijk nieuw feature is de compatabiliteit met StyleTap. Deze software maakt het mogelijk om PalmOS-programma's op Windows Mobile-devices te draaien. StyleTap-compatibiliteit is vooral toegevoegd voor de Treo 700w, maar ook op andere modellen zoals de MDA Vario zou je nu Pocket Tunes kunnen draaien.
