Voor Datemate ($ 19,95) van Mobimate heb ik vandaag even de Nederlandse feestdagen 2002 gemaakt. Dit is een .txt-bestand met alle feestdagen en belangrijke gebeurtenissen in Nederland in 2002, met als extra feature een handige opmerking als de vlag moet worden uitgehangen op die dag!

Datemate - Keep track of s, anniversaries and other events.
:

• Import event from your Address book (using custom fields or notes).
• DateMate can enter events for you in the Datebook.
• Get reminders in advance for important events.
• Sort events by tapping a column title.
• Import Events lists (e.g. American Holidays).
• Supports DateBk3/4 icons.

Importeren van bijgevoegde tekstfile:
Download the event list, and save it in a known place on your computer as a text file (.txt suffix).
Now, depending on your HotSync configuration, create a memo on the application
you are linking to on your PC (Palm Desktop, MS-OutLook, Lotus-Notes, etc.),
and use the following procedure to upload the events to your Palm:

On your PC:

• Click the list to have it opened in the browser (as a text file).
• Copy & Paste it into a memo in the MemoPad on the Palm DeskTop
  (or into a note in your MS-OutLook, etc.).
• HotSync your Palm.

On your Palm:

• Open the "Import Events" window in DateMate using the Main Menu.
• Select "From: Memo Pad".
• Select the memo containing the list of events from the 'Memo' option-list.
• Un-check the option "repeating years" (the date of some events change from year to year)
• Choose whether to add alarms for the imported events using the "Alarm" checkbox.
• Press "Import".
