Infrarrood synchronisatie windows 2000 en interferentie wireless link file transfer
ik probeer mijn Palm V en Lotus Notes op mijn IBM thinkpad - Windows 2000 via IR (infrarood poor) te synchroniseren .. maar het lukt me maar af en toe dwz soms blijkt de IR geblokkeerd en wordt de de wireless link applicatie gestart en die blokkeert blijkbaar dan de synchonisatie ..
Het werd op een site als volgt omschreven : I am trying to use infrared to Hotsync his Palm. The problem is that whenever you put the palm near the ir port, Windows detects it and runs the irftp program. The problem with this is that, as far as I can tell, it hogs the port so that the HotSync program can't access the port (Palm says connection could not be established). Sometimes it works when the hotsync program catches Windows "unaware" .. This indicates that all the connections and settings are well but this automatic Windows program that pops up is interfering. Kan er iemand helpen ... |

Ja, heel simpel.
Ga naar je configuratiescherm, kies infrarood en haal het vinkje bij "bestanden verzenden en ontvangen via IR" weg (of soortgelijke tekst). Dan moet het goed werken. OpA

In het configuratiescherm, heb ik geen infrarood en kan ik dus ook niet die optie niet weghalen ..
Ik heb wel de optie wireless link .. in het eerstescherm "file transfer" is er niets aangevinkt buiten de optie "display an icon when there is IR activity" .. dus "allow others to send files" staat af .. op het tweede scherm "image transfer" is eveneens de optie "use wireless .. for images" niet geselecteerd .. Alvast bedankt voor je reaktie .. |

sorry, je hebt gelijk. Het is wireless link in windows XP en dan het
tabblad infrarood. En dan de optie "allow others to send files via infrared to your computer"

nogmaals alvast bedankt voor je reaktie .. Ik heb Windows 2000 en zoals eerder vermeld de optie "allow others to send files via infrared to your compute" staat af (is niet aangevinkt) In het eerstescherm "file transfer" is er niets aangevinkt buiten de optie "display an icon when there is IR activity" .. dus "allow others to send files" staat af .. op het tweede scherm "image transfer" is eveneens de optie "use wireless .. for images" niet geselecteerd .. " Zoals eerder gesuggereerd het blijkt dat de setttings juist zijn maar dat het een intermitterend probleem is en het alleen werkt als "hotsync program catches Windows "unaware" .. Alvast bedankt voor je reaktie .. |
