Where his profile indicates where he is located is not in reference to the AC country. The country field listed that a customer sees in their profile is a result of the country and language they selected in first use. He apparently selected English, United States when he went through First Use. This localizes the devices currencies, time, language and other settings, but not the AC region. This can be changed on the device through the regional settings icon, however, the user console and admin console for that profile will always be stuck showing the country and language selection he made the very first time.
