Hotsync Palm Zire71 probleem
Ik kan momenteel niet meer synchronisren met de laptop. Ik krijg de foutmeldging aangesloten apparaat op de usb werkt niet correct. Voorheen fucntioneerde alles perfect. Soft resets heb ik uitgeprobeerd. Nu wil ik een hard reset proberen, ik weet dat ik dan alle data kwijt raak. Nu heb ik ook perfect passenger op de Palm staan, data staat op de externe card maar er staan ook dingen in de palm. Raak ik dit dan ook kwijt?

Alle data die op de Palm zelf staat zal gewist worden, Data die op het kaartje staat wordt niks mee gedaan. Je Perfect Passenger blijft dus ook gewoon op het kaartje staan.

Sorry, mijn fout, PALM zIRE71
Maar zou het helpen om een hard reset uit te voeren om het hotsync probleem op te lossen? Verder als het reset programma alles verwijdert van de palm en terug gaat naar de fabrieksinstelling dan ben ik ook de opstart gegevens van perfect passenger kwijt. Of installeert perfect passenger zich weer als ik de sd kaart opnieuw in het apparataat steek. Ik ben namelijk bang dat als de hard reste niet helpt en ik kan daardoor nog niet hotsync uitvoeren ik dus ook niet meer perfect passenger kan uitvoeren. maurice |

ja, het kan helpen om een Grote Schoonmaak uit te voeren. Dat kan namelijk een hoop verschillende problemen oplossen. Lees de tip over de grote schoonmaak op je gemak door. Als het goed is, staat daar alles in. Kom je er niet uit dan moet je je maar weer even melden.

Hotsync Palm Zire71 probleem
Ik heb zojuist een hard reste uitgevoerd op maijn palm zire 71. Alles staat weer in de begin stand. Daarna hotsync uitgevoerd. Krijg nog steeds de foutmelding dat een apparaat aangesloten op de usb poort niet correct werkt. Software opnieuw geinstalleerd, helpt ook niet. Usb poorten schoon gemaakt met een programma van Palm. helpt ook niet. Weer softreset uitgevoerd, helpt ook niet. Weet nu echt niet meer wat te doen.

Ik heb mijn probleem doorgemaild naar de supportafdeling van Palm, onderstaand mailtje ontving ik terug. Ik heb alles uitgeprobeerd, niks werkt.

Ik weet wel hoe je het moet oplossen:
Bij de Palm hardware in Apparaatbeheer (waar Gazpacho je naar verwees), klik je met de rechtermuistoets op het Palm icoontje. Kies uit de lijst "Stuurprogramma's bijwerken". Laat Windows nu automatisch zoeken naar de juiste drivers (zijn wel geinstalleerd, als je inderdaad Palm Desktop hebt geinstalleerd zoals je zegt). Druk op Voltooien, en hotsyncen maar. Als de bovengenoemde stappen niet werken, moet je het even melden.

Ik heb bovenstaande instucties uitgevoerd. Ik heb zelf bij hardware de Palm handmatig toe moeten voegen. laptop ziet Palm niet. Nadat hij stuurprogramma had geinstalleerd krijg ik de volgende melding:
De volgende hardware is geinstalleerd Palm handheld De software voor dit apparaat is nu geinstalleerd, maar werkt misschien niet coorect. Dit apparaat start niet [code 10] Bij hotsync krijg ik de melding dat het apparaat niet goed functioneert via de USB. Op een andere PC wordt de palm meteen herkent, echter op mij Packard Bell laptop functioneert hij [palm] niet, vroeger wel en nu niet meer. maurice |
