Jan Kees |

Heb vroeger ergens volgende info gevonden:
Citaat:
Dear Friends...
I have taken much time to find a way to connect the GPRS Class 10 Modem of T|W to my PC. After 5 Days spent on tryings and tryings I found the way!!! Using the program described by our friend Renyson (http://www.notifymail.com/palm/wmodem) on Palm and Installing an IR Driver for Windows (http://www.stud.uni-hannover.de/~kis.../download.html) on PC with IR Port (USB-IR interfaces are now VERY CHEAP!) Please do not use the latest 2.0 beta version, it does not work authenticating account! After installed the IR driver: × create a new modem33600bps × disable the hardware flow control × insert the normal GPRS string in the Advanced options AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","your apn" × create a new Connection with number *99***1# (almost here in italy) and if required userid and pass Set on your palm in WModem options to use: × PDA Modem port: Mobile @ 115.200 × Laptop Connected Via: Infrared @ 115.200 Now are you able to connect with your brand new (and faster!) GPRS Class 10 Modem!! I have tried using TIM Provider, and it works very good. Ther is also a good HELP forum in the IR2KCOMM Site, please read it! N.B.: Maybe the speed connection indicator in WinXP results 9.6Kbps but it is not correct (try using Du Meter) Here for your Enjoy! Uranya |
