We have 2 engineers who have this device. Between the 2 of them the unit (Zire 71) has gone back for this issue 4 times. This (the blanc screen problem) is a known problem with the Zire 71, it appears to be a design flaw in the touch screen as no amount of factory work can fix it. It does not seem to be related to the SW loaded on the unit, but rather directly relates to the touchscreen hardware. Sorry, but no work around is going to help for long. We are hoping the screen problem is fixed in the Zire 72 model.

Hmm, ik hoop dat een van jullie wel een ander optie heeft, anders vrees ik het ergste, en geen goed werkend Zire, en omgerekend 70 dollar down the drain...
